Primary Purpose:

 

Provide comprehensive support for daily human resource operations, ensuring compliance with TASB policy, Texas Education Code, and federal guidelines. Manage personnel records, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems to support district operations.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Education/Certification

 

      High school diploma or GED (preferred associate or bachelor’s degree)

 

Special Knowledge/Skills

 

      Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Ascender

      Knowledge of TASB policies (DC, DAA, DBA, DH, DIA)

      Ability to maintain confidentiality per TASB Policy (DGBA, DH)

      Proficiency in keyboarding and file maintenance

      Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing

      Ability to perform basic math

      Ability to read, speak and understand English

      Excellent organizational skills

      Effective communication and interpersonal skills

 

Experience

 

      Clerical or HR experience preferred
