Education/Certification Requirements:
Bacholor's degree, Master's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience working with Federal Programs
Purpose:
Provide administrative and compliance support for federal and state programs, including Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, Perkins and other grant-funded initiatives. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and coordination of activities to maintain compliance with TEA and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all federal and state grants.
- Compile and organize data for reports required by TEA and federal agencies.
- Assist with development and submission of grant applications and compliance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures and assist with budget tracking for federal programs.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for program-related meetings.
- Communicate with campus staff regarding program requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate and document Title I parent and family engagement activities.
- Maintain records of parent involvement and ensure compliance with Title I requirements.
- Prepare and distribute Title I notifications and communications to parents.
- Support campuses in implementing Title I schoolwide and targeted assistance programs.
- Collect and organize documentation for Title I campus plans and evaluations.
- Ensure confidentiality of student and program records.
- Perform all Federal Money Drawdowns and work with our contracted Business Service Provider.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent.
